- Joseph Kerr of Drumnastrade, County Tyrone, Farmer who died Apr.9, 1889 at same place. Estate granted at Armagh to Mary Kerr of Drumnastrade the Widow.
- Francis Kerr of Millix, County Tyrone, Farmer who died Jul.26, 1895. Will was proved at Armagh by Mary Jane Kerr of Millix, Widow, and Anthony Sloan of Martray in said County Farmer the Executors.
- James Kerr of Mullycarnon, County Tyrone, Farmer, who died Aug.25, 1900. Will granted at Armagh to Richard Young Farmer. Son is James Andrew Kerr of Boland. Son W. Henry Kerr of Derrygortreavy. Leaves his farm in Killybracken to his wife Hanna and after her death to his son Thomas John Kerr. Leaves his farm in Mullycarnon to his wife Hanna and after her death to his son Joseph Kerr. Equally divides the remainder of his belongings to his sons James Andrew Kerr, Joseph Kerr and William Henry Kerr.
- John Kerr of Millex, County Tyrone, Farmer, who died Oct.8, 1901. Will granted at Armagh to Charles Best Farmer. Leaves all to Charles Best.
- Joseph Kerr of Drummond, County Tyrone, Farmer, who died Sep.9, 1904. Will granted at Armagh to Madohne Kerr the Widow
- Mary Jane Kerr of Drumnastrade, County Tyrone, Spinster, who died Dec.23, 1904. Will granted at Armagh to James Andrew Kerr Farmer. Appoints William Kerr of Drumnastrade and James Andrew Kerr of Boland executors. Leaves her estate to be divided equally between two nephews Thomas Hamilton Kerr and Albert Kerr.
- Thomas Kerr of Drummond, Dungannon, County Tyrone, Farmer, who died Oct.12, 1911. Will granted at Armagh to Susan Kerr the Widow. Leaves his estate to son John and 150 pounds to son Jonathan. But if John marries Jane Kerr of Drummond then the estate goes to Jonathan!
